CCM motorbike serial number and year doubts

hello everyone i am new un the group and trying to learn a few new things about old bicycles!
i have a few bikes but this one intrigued me a lot because i wasn't able to find and distinguish any letter in my serial number in order to find the year that was made !

here some pictures of it and i hope somebody here could help me out !

The first caracter  is a mis stamped letter >H< making the year of manufacture  1 9 4 2
