SCP bicycle for sale

I have had this bike for a while but have not done anything with it. If someone is interested in it, please let me know. I understand it is an SCP bicycle but don’t have a very good idea of the date. There is not much left of the decal on the head tube. The front hub is a Phillips and rear is CCM. It has Gibson pedals and a Lobdell-Emery seat. What I believe is the serial number is "E1957". It is in Winnipeg. Best offer.

1966(?) J.C. Higgins Fliteliner

Hi all,

I have what I believe to be a 1966 Fliteliner(based on serial number) that I have refurbished. I currently have it listed on Kijiji for $250. I am getting very little interest. I believe it may be due to the size; XS, suitable for a rider in the 5' area......

I have refurbished and sold several vintage bikes with very little trouble. I have gauged the price, at what I believe reasonable, based on what I have have sold in the past and what the market seems to say.

"SOLD" Old Massy Silver Ribbon

Hello,

I have an old Massy Silver Ribbon that needs the right home. It would also come with fenders, chain guard and two rear wood wheels. However I don't know enough about it to tell you if those parts are correct. The frame and fork are in really good condition. Its way before my time and the only interest I have in it is to make sure it finds a good home.

Cheers

Flyte for Sale

Hello, the flyte for sale was posted in "what's it worth", under the title 1939 or 1940, it's now on page 2. This discussion covers all the important factors of the bike, (thanks to everyone who had their input as I learned a lot) I'm in Toronto. Based on the responses in "what's it worth" I set the price at $1500, however I will consider all reasonable offers.

Interesting 1930s CCM

Good day all, have a look at this one! I looks like the suspension fork was made by a company called "Velvet Spring". I research the cie, did not find anything.

The bike is close to Quebec city, for those interested.

Anybody know anything about the suspension?

Marc

circa 1930s Flyer Frame at Bicycle Specialties

Hi all,

Was cruising though ebay and found this, thought it might be of interest to site members.

It's been professionally repainted in navy blue with bronze pinstripes and what looks to be decent decals. It looks like the seatstays are uncapped so you can put your pencils down there!

I am not an agent for Mr. Barry, just posting this as a public service, so no use in asking me about it.

The phone number for Bicycle Specialties is 4164230456, email is info@mariposabicycles.ca

Or you can press the buy it now button here:

Spring is just around the corner.

Why not get a head start on things?

If you see anything you like, let me know and we can talk price or additional photos whatever you prefer.

The vintage CCM spokes are 11 5/8" The Flyte tubes are 18 x 1 3/8 and the Clipper tubes are 26 x 1 1/2.

I realize the paper items are fuzzy, let me know if you have any questions.

The following items have been SOLD

High Wheeler for sale

Want to own a piece of history?

This high wheeler is said to be the one that sat in the lobby of the CCM factory on Lawrence Ave. in Weston. According to the current owner, his father received the penny farthing in the mid to late fifties for selling the most CCM bikes in his retail store. The picture of the lady is from CCM sent to the owner when he contacted the company about the bike.

According to the owner, the bike is rideable but just barely. There is no name plate or serial number. The only number on the bike is a patent number on the pedal arms.
