1964 CCM Ladies one-speed

Hi folks,

I am restoring a '64 CCM one-speed and have appreciated previous help from this forum to get background on the bike.

I have a couple of follow-up questions:

1) The bike was originally dark blue frame with white fenders.  Would the original seat have been two-tone blue and white? The current black seat is a replacement.  Would the original handgrips have been white or blue? Any ideas on where to source a nice new seat and handgrips that would look more original?

2) I've worked with a friend on a few blog posts on deconstructing the bike. If it's okay I will post here but wanted to check that adding a blog link is okay on this forum.

I have a '67 girls rambler 500 and it had the two tome blue/white seat and white grips. Don't know where you would find a seat now. someone else may have onesmiley

Thanks for the info -- if I can't get an original seat, will look for a two-tone blue and white, and also the white handgrips.
