Cannot find this anywhere! Ideas?

Need some help here, no one can help identify this one so far. Is it ccm? Other? If other, then what lol. I've talked with experts(so they say), no one has ever hear of Garry!

I believe "Garry" was made by Raleigh bikes in the mid late 50's hope that helps
