28 x 1.5 tires

Two sets of tires for sale.  Unfortunatley not the Canadian 28 x 1.5, but the 40-635 for English bikes.  Both new and unused.  One set of Veith Extra Prima, German made, look and feel nice.  $60.  One set of Kenda/Duro, Taiwan made, not as nice as the Veith tires, but still pretty good.  $30.  Send an email to three_seashells@hotmail.com if interested.

Thanks

Erik

CCM Bikes And Parts On Ebay

Is it just me or are sellers on ebay selling CCM stuff way off on their pricing. You would think the stuff is plated with gold or something. I can't even make a decent offer on the stuff because the price difference is so far off reality. I'm not going to pinpoint any particular items in case the sellers are on here but what are your thoughts?

1939 CCM double bar bike

Up for grabs is a 1939 men's bike.  I've been using it to commute to work this summer, but the frame is just a bit too small for me.  Rides well, does a 16KM round trip daily.  Mostly complete and original except for seat, and pedals.  It has a new chain on it too.  The paint is very poor, and about 10 layers thick.  The coaster brake is a little touchy, but always brings you to a stop.  The front wheel is missing a couple spokes and could use a little love and some time with a spoke wrench, but still keeps spinnin' around.  Definitly not
