1928 CCM motorbike

Here is a picture of my partially restored 1928 CCM motorbike.

It was my grandfather's bike.

I am presently trying to locate rubber blocks for the Gibson pedals.

Also, any suggestions on how to increase the tension on the seat springs? Has anyone tried to change them?

The seat is a Person's company seat. Probably the original seat.
