Based on the graphics, the subject Capri is no earlier than the 1980 model year. CCM closed the factory in early 1983, so a 1983 model is the latest it can be but given the short 1983 model year, statistically it's more likely to be 1980-1982. That can be narrowed down slightly, based on the serial number, which should be located on the lower, non-drive side of the seat tube.

All I can see is D53, I'll have to get a better look if that one isn't right
