Hi Tom: Your serial number which starts with the letter A indicates your Cheetah is a 1969 model. Is this a bike you recently acquired? What condition is the rest of the bike in?

The chrome handlebars and fenders and chaingauard have surface rust which cleans off with SOS . Seat and sissy bar need replacing and it needs tires. otherwise Not bad I recently found it, in a storage shed.
That is way cool Bleeding Fingers, I love the Uniroyal Panthers and this one turned out real nice. Also just throwing this out there, i am looking for one of those chainguards that is exactly like the one on the 69' Panther in the photo above. Thanks in advance if you can help me out with one. Alan.

Finally got a pic of my 1969 Cheetah serial # A094684 . I hope to start cleaning this one up. There is a lot of surface rust on the chrome fenders chain guard and Handle bars, hopefully this will clean off. The seat sissy bar is broken off at the wheel so I will need a new one as well as possibly the seat, as well as tires. Are decals available anywhere for these.
