You could make a wrench of sorts. Get a piece of metal same thickness as slots in nut . File out the center same size as the center crank threaded end . I would make the piece of metal about 12 inches long maybe 2 wide so you can put lots of tork on it. Just remember. that there is a left and right thread on those nuts. i think the sprock side is right hand thread but not sure . Some one on this site should no for sure.. Most of the time those slots are pretty well shewed up from some one using a hammer and chisel or something else. Hope this helps
Anyone know what tool is required to remove the crank nuts that have 2 opposite recessed slots. I have attached a couple of pictures. Thanks
