CCM Scrambler wheels

Good day ,  trying to save an old Scrambler banana bike for a grandson project , found out my wheels are rusted completely through from sitting outside for years with flat tires .  Wondering if anyone would have a set of 20" coaster style rear and a front wheel for sale ? Located in Saskatchewan ,  thanks in advance
