Cycle Sunday in Kingston, ON

Hope some folks can make it out to this. Sounds like it's going to be a good event. They'd love to have some vintage bikes there. I'm going with my '39 motorbike.

Hello John,  I will be there.  Not sure what bike I am going to ride yet,, Either my 39 motorbike or my 50 single bar.. I will keep an eye out for you...  Dave

My 1951 motor bike all dressed up and ready to head to Cycle Sunday in Kingston tomorrow. See you there Dave.

I really do need to get some balloon tires for it. Anyone?

John

real nice bike i like. yes it does need tires which are hard to come buy .my friend had the same one same colour. it had the white wall tires on it .i will keep a watch on tires for it 26 by 2.0 thanks for putting the bike on brings back a lot of memoreys.

Beautiful bike John I have the Zenith match but in metallic blue, love the red grips which are CCM if I am not mistaken. You can get tires from Niagara Cycles out of New York State (they have a website) John and they have the old Good Year Tread 26 x 1 3/4. If you need more info contact me. Kenda also makes a nice one but not quite as fat as the Good Year Treaded ones.

Just back from Cycle Sunday. Seemed to be well attended, but more spandex than vintage. Thanks to Ken who brought along his '65 Imperial and Dave who brought along his '39 motorbike, as well as Ron who had his vintage Sunshine. Thanks also to Ron for bringing me along some tires and to everyone who stopped by to say hello. Below is my '51 joined by Ken's Imperial and Dave's double bar. Yes that shine is coming from the fenders of Ken's bike. That thing is absolutely mint.

Man how sweet is that three different eras of CCM`s. I find CCM`s so simple and elegant that they are very sexy bikes.I hope I didn`t offend anybody with my discription but I have said it this way for the last 15 years or so
