Double Bar Frame Wanted

Im looking for a doublebar frame for a project.  I dont want anything that someone may want to restore because i will be replacing almost all the components and painting it. However I would prefer it comes with the bottom bracket, cranks and CCM logo chainring. 

Maximum headtube length of 125mm and you must be willing to ship it to Victoria BC. 

I may be interested in trading a 1938 singlebar.
