You would have to be very lucky to find the crossbrace and brackets in such good condition. I would estimste that your chance of finding a CCM "Motorbike" (Double Bar) with the cross brace is only about 25%. Finding something in such good condition that is available as a spare and not with a bike are very very low.
I might be able to find one in my parts bins, but it would only be in average condition. You would have to have it rechromed. Rechroming such a thin tube might be problematic, and probably expensive.
My uncle once told me that he took it off and I’m still not convinced that I want one on the bike. I worked in automotive and getting things chromed was pretty easy for me until I tried to chrome the head tube and fried it. Thanks for looking I’ll let you know!
