Help: CCM dealer sign

Hello all,  I bought this sign recently and need some help.  I don't speak French, but I believe at the top of the sign it says "Authorized Dealer" ?    Also, at the bottom it says what appears to be " E. Coulembe"  Does anyone know if this was a bicycle dealer or hockey equipment dealer, or both?  I was also interested in knowing where this dealer was. I am assuming it was in Quebec somewhere?  (duh!)  I would greatly appreciate any help :)

Will do as soon as I get a chance. Needs to be restored though, so not much to see at the moment. My 37' single bar needs to be restored also & my Flyte is still in Ontario with a friend who found it for me. The bicycles are my next project as soon as I finish with a Model A Ford I'm working on.
