I apologize

for jumping on the Christmas bandwagon so early, but want to give folks ordering the CCM book as a gift a heads up so as to avoid having it get lost in the pre-Christmas rush.

Generally speaking, folks in Canada should allow 4 -5 days and  those outside the country 8 - 10 days. Of course, that's speaking generally and who knows? One of the great adventures of having done the book has been dealing with Canada Post.
