I'm semi-retired, live in Ottawa with my wife. Besides riding road and off-road bikes, my biggest hobby is overhauling bikes that are either donated to me, or found in the garbage, and giving them to low-income families.

I'm looking for information on how to repair and adjust the rear deraillleur on a women's white CCM Targa road bike. From what I have read here looks like the vintage is mid-1970s, which fits. The rear derailleur shifter uses an unusual system of two cables, one cable for up shifts and one for down shifts.
