Looking for 20" tires

Hi everyone, this is not CCM request, but it is bike related, hoping someone can help.

I am looking for a pair (or at leaat 1) of 20 x 1 3/4 tires S-7 tires for a 1967 Schwinn Typhoon 20".

If anyone has some there can part with please let me know, my sons bike blew a tire and he wants to get ridin' again.
