Hello! With regards to a "bicycle" biography, my first new bicycle was a 1972 CCM Mustang coaster, in flourescent green. I was 10 at the time it was bought for my birthday. I truly loved that bike! In hindsight, I have no idea what became of it, but after I grew to adulthood, I began searching for a replacement. Only recently was I able to buy one from my new friend Doug O in Winnipeg. It's sitting next to me in my living room, beside the Christmas tree! Yes, it's my present to myself this year!

When I turned 13, I had saved up enough to buy a new CCM Elite 5 speed. I had that bike through to my adulthood, and eventually gave it away to a poor soldier in Shilo, Manitoba so he could get to work!

Recently, I purchased a purple 12 speed CCM Elite, that is a veritable time capsule! I'm looking forward to riding it next summer! 

The other day I finally bought a CCM Maurader in yellow, and a CCM Targa in white - from the original owner!!
