Need Late Teens Hyslop Catalogue

My Hyslop is almost identical to the Leader model in the 1915 Hyslop catalogue, with the exception of the fenders and pedals. The fenders on mine are double braced and the front one extends forward of the fork crown. This leads me to believe that my bike was made sometime between 1916 and 1919. I know from the 1922 catalogue available online that my bike was not made in that year.

I am hoping to find someone who owns a 1916 to 1919 Hyslop catalogue that can either sell me the catalogue, provide me with a good quality scan, or at least be able to confirm a year that shows my bike with the same style parts. I will try to post photos. Thanks.
