The standard 20 "tire  for early 1970s Mustangs was  20 x 1.75". The 3 and 5 speed models got Dunlop Redlines in this size while the coasters and duomatics models got blackwalls. NOS tires pop up from time to time. You could try posting in the Wanted to Buy forum on this website.

Hello pabirdman, in 1965 the 1st Mustang model used the V160 20x 1 3/8" rim front & the 18 x 1 3/8" V160 rear.These sizes were used on many models of the era.Others were front and back V160 18 x1 38" rims ie: girls Cheetah, Mustang 3sp or if you look to the Firebird it used 20 x1 3/8 front & rear.Later bikes started into the V160 20A  20x1.75 front & 20 x 2.125 20A rear.Have a look at your rims #s and let me know what you need ,I may still have the tires you need?Which bike are you working on?A very Big weekend is upon us for this years CVBS14 2015 here in Brantford, where the CCM Mustang will celebrate its 50th !We will have the largest gathering of Mustangs anywhere on the planet!Of course there will be all types of bikes for display, buy, sell, trade, swap you name it.Hoping to see many new and familiar faces,so start loading up.See you there,Jamie
