R. Leroy

My Dad is 91 years old and grew up in Montreal.  He bought a CCM Boy Scout bicycle when he was about 11 years old.   That would put this at around the 1936 year mark.  At that time, he added lights including wheel lights that generate upon riding.  They still work.   He was the original ower and it has never been painted.  It is maroon in colour with pin stripes.  The Boy Scout logo is multi-coloured.  I would like to learn more about this piece.
