Looks Real Good, will need a replacement front 28" rim and tire,my estimate is 1957 Motorbike, more than likely a L,N,or P alpha code.easy cleaning and service and you are all go.The end of the road more or less for the iconic CCM Motorbike model.Ebay shows a original catologue from 1956 that will also provide some info,Enjoy your Ride, famous last words " Is it for sale" Thx JCCM

Has a K number

I have a front and rear 28 tire/ wheel off a 59 so that should suffice?

Has a Joe's bicycle shop sticker on it , as far as for sale I just bought it from a flea market hope I didn't pay too much  125.00

$125 is good i think, just find a correct front wheel and turn the handlebars around

what is the front wheel on it now, a 26" V160?

Front is 26  not sure about the V160

Thanks guys for the help

Have attached better pics of the 1955 Motorbike I picked up. The paint Is excellent with just a few nicks here and there. I replaced the 26 inch wheel with the proper 28 inch off a 1959 that I had. Other than the chrome needing a good cleaning of surface dirt and a bit of rust it should look quite nice when done. Question being fairly new the back tire is 28  X 1 3/4   Is this balloon size and where can I find a set.
