Ron Miller's head badges

I'd like to thank Ron for sending along the wonderful photos of his head badges. I decided to post them here as well since I had to reduce them a bit to put them on the front page. They came with the following note from Ron:

Hello John

I thought all the CCM folks might like to see these Head Badges. I do not actively collect head badges but these are what I have accumulated in 50 years of Bicycle interest.

Some of the photographs do not clearly show the details on them so I have added all the words and punctuation as accurately as possible. Not all the dates are known for these head badges and I could add dates if I knew them. It was usual practice for badges to span 1 to several years therefore difficult to accurately date.

If any one can give me dates with supporting evidence I will update the information. That is a useful but not a conclusive way to date a bike , the serial # is still the most accurate method.

I hope my collection is a good addition to that provided by Jamie McGregor. Hope this is helpful,
