Selling the Jag!

I guess he's over the middle-age crisis and selling the Jag. laugh Joking aside, I've been asked to post this bike which will go to the "first reasonable offer".

The bike is a Jaguar and has a cool cat ornament on the front fender. Any help with it's heritage is also appreciated.
