Yes US currency plus shipping .There is enough for 72 spokes and I found the product  was well worth the money considering  nothing else new was available to purchase .

Hello Bill The ebay add price says per One one package which includes. 72  nipples that works to be approx 80 cents a piece  Canadian delivered

I have also used this product. Very satisfied And I know the exchange hurts. i find the mailing from the US is getting very expensive also.
