There was a time when every child rode a CCM bike and skated on CCM skates. Founded in 1899, the CCM had a rocky start, but after buying an American rival it flourished as a company and the Oshawa Historical Society is inviting you to learn more about the Canada Cycle & Motor Company. Please join us for September’s Speaker Series when we welcome John McKenty, author of Canada Cycle & Motor: The CCM Story, who will share the story of a Canada’s iconic brand, CCM.
The Oshawa Historical Society’s September Speaker Series is taking place September 16 at 7 PM. The meetings are held at the Oshawa Public Library, McLaughlin Branch Auditorium, located at 65 Bagot Street, Oshawa. Admission to the Oshawa Historical Society Speaker Series is $3 or FREE for members of the Oshawa Historical Society.
Tuesday evening in Oshawa.
