I am having difficulty trying to remove a triplex crank.... I have tried many different types of pullers, but none will grab securely under the arms... Any thoughts? Or tools that I could purchase?

this is the puller i use with the 3 arms
canadian tire item # 25-0030-0
I wrap a steel wire in the holes real tight so that the puller doesn't slide out, and the I heat up the crank real hot and turn the puller slowly, works every time, some are more difficult than others
Thanks locomotion, I was able to borrow a similar one from my work and I was able to remove the cranks from one of my bikes using your method. I think though that I need to find one that grips under the cranks abit better for the more difficult ones. Does anyone have a picture of what the puller looked like back in the day?
