Thanks to all those who attended and participated at the first Southern Ontario Vintage Bicycle Open House in Amherstburg. Special thanks to John McKenty for his continued support and encouragement. The weather was ideal and attendance was quite surprising considering our first event. Thanks to our local enthusiast for their displays and swap items. Also thanks to the happy customers. Once I get a few pictures sorted out I will post them on Vintage CCM. Based on the success, Cori and I will plan on hosting a Southern Ontario Vintage Bicycle Open House for 2014.

As a new enthusiast I enjoyed very much all the beautiful vintage bicycles and also brought my newly acquired 1930 Rambler. I also picked up some needed parts and tires for my 1945 CCM army model. Thanks again for a great event.
Looked like it was a great show Mark, I live in Hamilton which is roughly about a 3 hour drive away and couldn't make it this year. Hopefully next year and thanks for sharing the great photos!
WOW thanks for the photos Mark and congratulations to you and Cori for organizing such a successful event. Glad to hear you're going to be doing it again next year.
To All Vintage Bicycle Enthusiasts,
Hope to see you this Sunday, August 25th.
Displays and swapping welcomed, or just come and enjoy!

Hi, I am sorry I missed the event, and will try to go next time.
Tom, I am also interested in military bicycles, and would love to see pics of your army bike. Is it a war grade type? --David
