WINNER HEADBADGE ON CCM BICYCLE

Here are some pics of a 'WINNER' badged CCM bicycle (1925 serial #), I recently picked up.  Wood rims, New Hercules rear hub, Hercules crankset, CCM stars chain guard and CCM rear rack/stand. http://s917.photobucket.com/albums/ad20/dobie45/1925%20WINNER%20%20MADE%20BY%20CCM/ 

Can anyone provide any info on the WINNER brand? Does anyone have one? Any info appreciated.  Only the letters WINNER are on the badge.  Cheers

Now that's a first. Is it possible that the bike was produced as the prize for some sort of promotion or contest?
