I had these decals made some time ago for early bikes .The decals where shown in a 1903 bicycle catalogue i have used them on some bikes i restored and have a few left. 6 decals for 25.00 plus 1.50 mailing. Two different colours of flower.Decal is about 3 inches long1 1/2 wide. You cut around the edge with a razor knife then peel back off and press on . 
EA3 26 inch rim with 3 speed 1967 AW Sturmey Archer hub,Rim is trued and hub was taken apart and cleaned all serviced.Chrome is good.
