Folks this is about as near mint as you're going to find anywhere. Out of the box and never hit the ground.
Received the following photos along with the following note:
Cleaning up the rear wheel hub disclosed a HERCULES, 'Made in Canada' gear. Serial number below the seat is H15161. The front label may say 'Glider' and/or T. Eaton Co. but is not clear. The tire are '28 Fox Heavy Duty'. My searches suggest that this is a HERCULES bike, possibly made/assembled by CCM. Dating it around 1920-30.
UPDATE: Bike has sold to a local restorer.
