Cycle manshane

Hello everyone, today I was given what I'm told is a Cushion frame Massey Harris bicycle frame ,there's few bars that need replacing by a bicycle builder ,bb is there as well as that Hygienic shockie very badly rusted ,I'm trying to find out where would I get those 3 blade forks from plus crank arms including skip tooth chain wheel from ?
