Hey folks we're going to have the first ever CCM get-together in conjunction with the 2014 Canadian Vintage Bicycle Show in Brantford in a couple of weeks. It will be hosted by Jamie McGregor and myself. Nothing too formal. A bit of food and a couple of pops. The cost is $10 with prcoeeds going to the Stedman Community Hospice.
I want to thank Jamie for not only allowing us to do this, but for playing a major role in putting it together.
I'm trying to date an old bicycle I have. Can anyone help? I bought it from a neighbour 25 years ago for my daughter to ride and now we want to sell it. Pictures are attached. Yes, the number under the seat is 1P 1276 and CCM is on a piece by the rear hub
Looking for late 1890s/early 1900s Massey Harris or similar.
Any condition but prefer unrestored.
Project is OK, eg frame + sprocket + badge.
Will buy from anywhere in the world and will arrange shipping

I bought this from a fellow here in BC, which he got from the nephew of a fellow who (so the story goes) bought the bike new in 1939.
The nephew thought this is a hercules, but I can't seem to find anything from the era that matches this bike.
The front hub is Bayliss-Wiley, the rear is a New Hercules armless brake
I appreciate any input
Hi, can someone help me identify this bike? Don't think is ccm or supercycle. Fist pic is the serial # T4050 and last picture all I can read is commander. Any help would be grateful. Thanks
Thought to share this new to me product that I purchased last week.
John Deere Ultra Guard Tire and Rubber Protecter.
!896 Goold Brantford Model B I got this bike up on wheels that i bought last fall at auction . i was missing a pedal and a very good friend turned out a pedal for me using the original for a pattern . Turned out super in my book. Bike is very original with new wood rims.
I found this 1890's frame at a 2 day auction last fall. I was there on Saturday and bought some stuff but couldn't be there Sunday. The frame was up on Sunday so a friend bought it for me. I picked it up on Wed this week. I have no clue as to what it is. The frame has unique dropouts, 2 3/4 aparts as does the fork ends have same measurements. The frame also has a nut on top rear stay for what, maybe to tighten the seat post as it does not have a tightening bolt. The bars are octogonal shape and same as the stem, both are 1 piece from what I can tell. No bolt to tighten it.
I recently picked up this old Supercycle. It says made in England. Were these made by Raleigh? The serial # is XA 34632. Does anybody have any info as to what year it may be and who the manufacturer was?
i have a one piece crank that requires 9/16 inch pedals any ideas would be appreciated as to maker thanks william rudolph
