Are you sure that you need 1" x 26TPI? Standard English headset threading is 1" x 24TPI. 1" x 26TPI was unique to Raleigh manufactured bicycles and even then, not to all models. Also, are you looking to buy or borrow? Most good bicycle shops probably have the capability to thread a 1" x 24TPI at less than the cost to buy a die.

Thanks as always T-Mar. It is in fact 26 tpi. It's from a New Hudson which I believe Raleigh acquired at some point.
Fortunately, I know a machinist and he measured it to confirm. I discovered the difference when I went to extend the threads with my 24 tpi die and it wasn't meshing right.
I was looking to buy, but my machinist friend is going to make one for me. I'm very grateful; they are not cheap.
