In its original but weathered state, I would say that it might be worth between $100 and $200.

If the Stewart Warner  speedometer is all there it's worth a $100.00 all by itself.

A little steel wool and wd 40 and that bike would probably clean up real nice .

I just finished  ratting  a 1946 it was not nearly as nice or complete yours is very nice .
