1936 Perfect Motor Bike cleanup

Hello all,

I have decided to clean up an old CCM that has been at the back of the garage at the cabin for about 50 years. Based on the serial number starting with Z it appears it is a 1936 Motor Bike. The bike is in generally good condition as it has spent the past 50 yrs doing nothing. A good cleaning and some air in the tires (or possibly new tires without giant cracks) and it should be good to go. The moving parts will need some work - they seem to be lubricated with a material resembling volcanic rock. There are a couple of issues that I thought I would seek the expert advice of the forum. There appears to be a part missing from the headset assembly that would connect to the top of the two chrome bars. The pedals do not match - one appears that it could be original the other is clearly out of place on this bike. The other is the custom geometry/bent seat post - a short straight post would solve the problem. The chain guard also appears to be an add-on? The rear fender has white paint that does not look original and a refleckor that is certainly not original. The remainder of the paint is quite respectable for its age. The seat is well worn but still usable.

Any advice on where to track down the missing parts would be greatly appeciated. Any other thoughts/comments? I would like to get it looking as close to original as possible.
