Hi,  As others have mentioned, the serious damage to the frame will be an expensive repair, and you will lose original paint in the area.  Is the chain ring also bent?  The repair might also fail, or leave you with an unsafe bike.  It is a shame, but the value might be in the parts that can be salvaged from the bike for another project.  I would guess a value of $50 or so.

Just a parts bike. 50.00 is about all. Not a big demand bike anyway. Seat is a nice shelf display.

Also depends on where the bike is as it might not even be worth the shipping cost for the parts.

You should post the location in all ads as some locations have a little better price range than the bigger cities.

Unless it is a sentimental bike that was yours or families, not worth fixing the frame. Sentimental value is priceless to some.

I don't think that is such a difficult job to repair.   I have done a little frame repair and straightening, with good results.  Would gladly try it if the frame was in my shop.  Im in Liverpool, Nova Scotia.   Where is the frame?
