I am restoring my old wagon, and I need to either replace two wheels or figure out how to install new rubber rims. Any suggestions? Many thanks for your help.

Im assuming you mean installing new rubber on the rims? It is fairly easy if you have new rubber and the tool to instal the wire inside the rubber. Do not try to instal old hard rubber. There are web sites which will help.
