28" Alloy Wheels for 1963 Imperial Mark II

Looking for front and rear coaster alloy 28" wheels to restore 1963 Imperial Mark II to original.
Need whitewall tires too.

I found the kind of wheel set I want on eBay  https://www.ebay.com/itm/151048826124 but unfortunately they are 26", not 28"

.

Wouldnt they have been chromed steel wheels and not alloy?

Here are photos of what you're looking for, if you want it to have "original parts". The easiest and cheapest way is to find another Mark II, swap the parts, and sell the leftovers. A little bit of surface rust can be removed with ultra fine grade 0000 steel wool and hot soapy water. Good luck!

p.s. You might get lucky and find a donor bike with original whitewalls; Dunlop Ranger 28x1 1/2. The trick with 0000 steel wool works to clean whitewalls too.
