37-590 26 x 1 3/8 gumwall tires for old Raleigh bikes

Hi,  There are lots of black tires in this size, but I am looking for the gumwall or tanwall types found on vintage Raleigh and Glider bicycles.  Ideally from a good tire store in Niagara, Hamilton or GTA. 

Shame to have to leave the country to buy bike tires!  Thanks!  --David Webb
