70's Supercycle?

Hi everyone, what can you tell me about this Supercycle. What model, year, etc. Were Supercycle made by CCM? Serial # is D800169. Thanks, Sean

Yes, CCM made most Supercycle bikes in the 60s and 70s.

Your's is a 1972 Supercycle Cougar single speed.

The seat and sissybar are correct.

I have the 1972 Canadian Tire catalog.

Yes, it would have had a chainguard. I believe I've heard it called the bullet style.
