I have a set of 28" rims I could sell. I'm also sure I have a good hub but it will need to be laced to the rim. otherwise I know you can get repro rims as we've ordered a couple few years ago at the shop where I work. chain can be bought in any bike shop. it's plain 1/2 x 1/8 single speed bike chain.
