Can someone help out identifying this CCM?

Unfortunately it's buried under a lot of stuff and couldn't get something much better than these snapshots.

The gears last time that the bike was in a working state (late 60s) were not properly working.

 

It belonged to my father. Is it feasible to find parts to repair it? Can the gear system be replaced in whole?

 

What is this model called? What is the approx. date of manufacture? Any information is welcomed.

You have failed to give enough pictorial information to adequately identify the bicycle.  That said, my guess is that it is a CCM "Road Racer" and probably newer than 1939.
