Can someone please help verify year

Hi there,

 

I was hoping someone could please help me verify the year of a CCM bike I picked up and have started to clean up and restore. At first I thought it was around mid 60's but I got a bit confused when I found the serial number chart and referenced it to the stamp on my bike suggesting it is 1932. I will post a few photos and would be happy to hear any input. Thank you all in advance.

Hello,

The headbadge and paint, including the striping on the fork would indicate somewhere between about 1954 and the late 1950's. The frame construction at the rear also shows that the chain stays were pressed onto the rear drop-outs, which CCM started doing more recently.

Not sure if you know but the forks on your bike are badly bent.

It look like your fork is bent. Could be the camera lens though. The T in the serial suggests 1960 as per the chart. There are lots of instances of mis-stamped serials out there where the letter ended up in the wrong spot
