Is This A CCM?

A fella in Utah is selling what he says is a 1920s CCM  Flyer roadbike for 22,000 big ones, a dreamer for sure My interest in CCM bikes starts in the 30s with the moto bikes, I know nothing about 1920s bikes, but to me it does't look quite right......is this really a CCM?

Ask the serial number and you'll know it ;) this seller is a dreamer for sure because at this price, forget that...no thanks this an amount for a new car or for a house.......

It appears to be a CCM Flyer, considering the bike is located in Utah i would venture to say that it might command a fair bit more money than if it were still in Canada. Although the price does seem pretty high (with that being said i have heard that the Flyers are considerably more rare than most CCM bikes from that time).
