CCM 37 rear hub

Greetings. I am putting this old CCM back on the road. It is not an original painter but still very cool. My Questions:

Is there a jam nut or lock ring that goes on the smaller set of threads after the sprocket is spun on? Any tips on how tight for the sprocket?

Do the raised flange of the sprocket threads go inside or outside?

Hub numbers: I (eye)-86030 and CCM 37

Flange goes inside. i think i have a lock ring for the sprocket. Where are you? I live in Elmira. Could mail it also.
