 Any Idea what these where used for . Marked CCM Patented 1907 -09-21Weston Canada    Let have some ideas. ihave my idea but want yours

To me they look like ankle supports for strap-on skate blades. You would slide it under your heel at the back of your boot, between the boot and the blade, and strap it around your leg.

That's purely a guess though! Here's a pic to help explain what I mean:

Ankle supports.

I had no idea what they were when the original post on Facebook from Rick Basinet came up.
