CCM Fender Changes?

This question came up in my other recent post about my Sunshine Waterloo with CCM fenders. I noticed that although they appeared the same, the front fender was constructed differently than the rear. Photos of both appear below. The other photo is from the 1918 catalogue. So my question is, in what years did CCM switch their fender designs? In what year, shortly after 1918, did CCM stop using the skinny fenders and switch to the drop-side fenders? And during what time periods were the two different cream colour CCM fenders (from this Sunshine) used? Thanks in advance.
