looking for a 1 or possibly a couple old CCM head badges, preferably the 2 peice one circa 1930's will settle on a newer one from the later 40's or 50's. thanks alan.
Hey Jamie, thanks sooo much i appreciate the help, im looking for one that would go on the wifes 1939 step through 28" ccm. I posted a pic of it in the "introductions section" of the forum. Im pretty sure it's been repainted but whoever did, didn't do a half bad job on it. and it still rides great. if you need a serial number let me know i can go get that too, just can't remember it off the top of my head.
as far as the other option of purchasing a parts bike, i don't think i could bring myself to purchase another one of these and only use it for parts. she'd have to be real crusty for me to use it as a lawn ornament.
Also i saw one listed on ebay just last week and the person was in Ajax and was asking $100 for the 2 piece headbadge, which i thought might be a little steep, but please someone correct me if im wrong.
the best way to source them is to buy a parts bike with nice badge but I've seen a couple on Ebay a while ago.
