The CCM Imperial MK II was manufactued for the 1962 and 1963 model years. The subject frame appears to have been manufactured in late 1961 and would therefore be a 1962 model.
I like the MKII because they were the last roadster (coaster brake) models with painted fenders. I see them as the last of a 60 yeat run of classic and quality-built CCM bikes. The ones that followed with stickers as badges and thinly plated chrome fenders don't interest me very much.
